Carriers nominated by Isotta SHOP or its delegate will carry out shipping, save different agreement. In this case, and only when the forwarding charges are debited, the goods travel at our risk. In case of theft/miscarriage Isotta SHOP is pledged to send another product off. If the same is not available and/or out of stock, our company will propose a different product, but with equivalent features, to the customer with the option of not accepting such product and asking for a credit note proportionate to the product. (In case of payment in advance). If the customer charges another carrier, Isotta SHOP will not be responsible for the loss and/or damages of the product during the transport. The delivery time is approximately of 10 working days from the date of the order, but there could be changes due to circumstances beyond one's control, either for traffic and road conditions or for the action of the Authority. The delivery, save different agreement written between the parties, will be made during office times: 8h30 - 12h30 and 15h30 - 19h30, from Monday to Friday, excluding holydays.
