Techical Informations
The on line technical information refers to the actual production. Isotta SHOP reserves itself the right to change/adapt the technical and size features of the products in the catalogue, on the basis of the improvements and the building alterations that it will make, even without forewarning.
Availability of Products
Since the access to the on line catalogue and the possibility of placing orders on line change in real time the availability of the product, Isotta SHOP does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods.
Risk and Ownership
The goods are sent free port, insured with debit in invoice; carriage forward, on demand of the customer, is at his own risk, since the delivery of the goods to the carrier from our warehouse. At the moment of the delivery, the customer should ascertain the integrity of the parcels and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what indicated in the advice note. Any difference will have to be indicated on the same note and confirmed within seven days via fax or registered letter with advice of receipt to Isotta SHOP commercial reference. If the packing is intact, the goods should be checked within seven days from their receipt. Any hidden anomalies will have to be reported in writing via fax or registered letter with advice of receipt. Any declaration beyond the above-mentioned limits will not be taken into consideration. The customer takes the full responsibility for what declared.
Orders
Orders are accepted exclusively in writing, either via fax or via e-mail. The customer who sends the order via Internet will receive, at the conclusion of the procedure, a confirmation note of the placed order, by e-mail, with the indication of the order number. If this number, after sending the order, does not appear within few minutes, the request has not been accepted, to all effects of law, even if for administrative, book-keeping reasons or for lack of the product.
Prices
All prices in the site are VAT included. Prices can be changed at any time, without forewarning.
Isotta SHOP reserves itself the indisputable right to not shipping the goods, even after having accepted the order, to those customers resulting out of credit, with outstanding or in litigation. |
